Delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay — delivery is already included.
No shipping tier to hit, no surprise charge at checkout, nothing added at the last step.
Each piece is made individually once you order it, so there are two stages: printing, then delivery.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Printing time can run longer during peak periods (late November to late December), and we'll say so on the site when it does.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Orders are produced close to you — UK orders are made in the UK, US orders are made in the US. That keeps delivery times short and means no import charges or customs delays on either side.

None. Because your order is produced in your own country, there are no import duties, customs handling fees or border delays to worry about.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then email info@feelthisway.com and we'll resend it.
Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan. A link sitting on "label created" usually means the carrier hasn't scanned it in yet, not that anything is wrong.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak periods happen.
You don't need to chase the carrier yourself or open a claim. One email is enough.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — house or apartment number, postcode or ZIP, and full name.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it, but a reprint charge will apply.
Spotted a mistake straight after ordering? Email us immediately. If production hasn't started we can usually fix it at no cost.
