Delivery
How long will my order take?
In the UK, 4 to 10 business days. In the US, 4 to 12 business days. Each piece is made once you order it, so printing takes 2–7 business days, then delivery follows. Full breakdown on the shipping page.
How much is delivery?
Free, on every order, to the UK and US. No minimum spend — it's already included in the price you see.
Where do you ship?
The United Kingdom and the United States. If you're elsewhere, email us — demand is how we decide where to open next.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. Your order is produced in your own country, so there are no import duties and no customs delays.
Where are my items made?
UK orders are produced in the UK, US orders in the US, by our production partners. Nothing is pre-made — each piece is printed once you order it.
My order is late. What now?
If it hasn't arrived within 21 days of the date you ordered, email info@feelthisway.com with your order number and we'll replace it free of charge.
Returns & problems
Can I return an item?
You never need to post anything back. If it's faulty, we replace it free. If the size is wrong, we send a replacement at 50% off. If you're in the UK and change your mind within 14 days, we refund you in full. Full details on returns & refunds.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted.
Email info@feelthisway.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We send a free replacement and you keep the original.
I ordered the wrong size.
Email us within 30 days. We'll send the correct size at 50% off, and you keep the first one.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If production hasn't started, we cancel and refund in full. Once printing starts we can't stop it.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Only before production starts — email us immediately. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it but a reprint charge applies.
When will I get my refund?
UK cancellations: within 14 days of you telling us. Other refunds are processed within 15 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Sizing & fabric
How do the sizes run?
Relaxed. They're garment-dyed heavyweight cotton, so they fit roomier than a standard tee. Size down if you want a regular fit. See the size guide.
What are the tees actually made of?
6.1 oz heavyweight, 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed. Sizes S to 4XL, relaxed unisex fit.
What does garment-dyed mean?
The shirt is sewn first, then dyed and tumbled. That softens the fabric and gives it a broken-in feel from day one. It also means slight colour variation between pieces — that's the character of the fabric, not a fault.
How should I wash it?
Cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. Treated that way it gets softer with every wash.
