No. Your order is produced in your own country, so there are no import duties and no customs delays.

UK orders are produced in the UK, US orders in the US, by our production partners. Nothing is pre-made — each piece is printed once you order it.

If it hasn't arrived within 21 days of the date you ordered, email info@feelthisway.com with your order number and we'll replace it free of charge.

You never need to post anything back. If it's faulty, we replace it free. If the size is wrong, we send a replacement at 50% off. If you're in the UK and change your mind within 14 days, we refund you in full. Full details on returns & refunds.

Email info@feelthisway.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We send a free replacement and you keep the original.

Email us within 30 days. We'll send the correct size at 50% off, and you keep the first one.

Email us as soon as you can. If production hasn't started, we cancel and refund in full. Once printing starts we can't stop it.

Only before production starts — email us immediately. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it but a reprint charge applies.

UK cancellations: within 14 days of you telling us. Other refunds are processed within 15 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Regular, true to size. Take your normal size for a regular fit, or one size up for the oversized look. See the size guide.

Soft fleece: 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Sizes XS to 3XL, regular unisex fit.

Crewnecks are the same 80% cotton, 20% polyester fleece, in sizes S to 2XL. Crop hoodies are a lighter 85% cotton, 15% polyester fleece, in sizes XS to L, cut wide and short on purpose.

A little polyester helps the fleece keep its shape at the cuffs and hem after washing. We'd rather tell you the real number than round it up.

Cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. Treated that way it gets softer with every wash.
