The short version

• You will never be asked to post anything back to us. Whatever the outcome, the item stays with you.
• Faulty, misprinted or damaged? Photo to us within 30 days — free replacement, and you keep the original.
• Wrong size? Email within 30 days and we send a replacement in a different size at 50% off. You keep the first one.
• UK — changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel, full refund including standard delivery.
• US — changed your mind? Each piece is made individually for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged

Email info@feelthisway.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

Once we confirm it, we send you a free replacement. You pay nothing. You keep the original item.

What this covers

• Printing faults and misprints
• Fabric flaws, holes or tears
• The wrong item sent
• The wrong size sent
• Damage in transit

Photograph the piece flat in good light, plus a close-up of the fault. If more than one item in your order is affected, one photo showing all of them together is ideal.

If the size is not right

Our tees are garment-dyed and fit relaxed. If the size you chose doesn't work, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement in a different size at 50% off.

You keep the original item. There is nothing to return.

United Kingdom — if you change your mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without giving one.

Email info@feelthisway.com within that window with your order number and tell us you're cancelling.

We refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery cost, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. You keep the item.

This applies to all items, including sale items.

This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and sits alongside your other statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

United States — if you change your mind

Because every item is made individually once you order it, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds in the US.

If the item is faulty, or the size is wrong, the sections above still apply in full — you're covered either way, and you never post anything back.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Colour differing slightly from your screen — screens vary, and garment dyeing produces natural variation between pieces
• Normal wear, washing damage, or damage occurring after delivery
• Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We can't refund to a different card, account or person.

• UK cancellations: processed within 14 days of you telling us you're cancelling.
• All other refunds: processed within 15 business days.
• Card refunds usually appear 5–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank. That part is outside our control.

Cancelling before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible at info@feelthisway.com. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Once production starts we can't stop it — but your rights above still apply once the item reaches you.

The same applies to changing your delivery address: possible before production starts, not after.
